About the Owner - Jimmy Rohr James Rohr has over thirty years of experience in the culinary field and is both culinary and retailed-trained, is certified in both food and occupational safety. Among my many other accomplishments in the food service industry, I specialize in the reduction of food and labor cost, as well as in menu refresh. I am NSF qualified. Any of the establishments that I have overseen have never received a Health Department score below 96 by the standards of the Board of Health certification.
